"Nice property, good location. Clean and affordable, just a little noisy and no a/c."

"Just about OK for an overnight arriving late and leaving early. Clean. Door lock damaged but functional. Beds simple but comfortable. Shower better than expected but had to go to reception and ask for towels which were readily provided. Young man at reception was very pleasant. Located in the nether regions of an industrial estate. Some tables and chairs outside for guest use but no restaurants on site or within walking distance. Quite a number of modern chain type restaurants located...

"It was a nice hotel! Very clean. on the outskirts of Caen but there is a bus stop a couple of minutes away from it. However I would not recommend paying €6 for the breakfast. It is only bread and yogurt, definitely not worth €6 you could get much better for cheaper elsewhere. Other than that everything was great! "

"About 10 mnt walk to and from the train station. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and WiFi was very good. Lots of dining options around the area. We only stayed one night. "

"Hotel rooms were clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. Wi-Fi was very weak, unless we stood in the hallway. And there was no air conditioning, or elevators, Taking our luggage and bringing it down, they were very helpful. I got you an extra pillow."

"All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with gluten free options ( rare for france!) secure car park 20 mins from ferry port and 10 mins into town via tram. Good size rooms with fridge incredibly helpful stop off en route home . Definitely recommend "
