Hotel nuevo, muy bonito moderno y bien localizado.
No obstante, es de poca cultura de servicio al cliente. Llegamos cansados y no hubo quien nos ayudase a subir maletas ni nos dieran recibieran con cortesía. Pedimos para planchar y hubo que bajar a buscarla, y nos solicitaron volver a bajarla al terminar. Nada, presumo es parte del estilo de hotel más moderno y 'city like' pero hay etiqueta de hostelería básica que no se debe abandonar.

Great hotel! Location was perfect for visiting the Prado, Sofia Reina, and Retiro Park. One in our group uses a wheel chair and bathroom for handicapped individual was very good. Restaurant adjacent to hotel is very good too.
