"The hotel was nicely appointed and clean. When we checked in, the room's air conditioner was not working so they put us in another room that was an upgrade from our initial reservations but charged us the same price as our original reservation. The staff were very pleasant and helpful given we didn't speak much French. The hotel is conveniently located within the Bordeaux city center so walking to restaurants and public transportation was made easier."
