Beautiful holiday home with courtyard

This lovely, well lit Holiday Home in Espère is child friendly and comes with 3 bedrooms, ideal for a 6 person stay. Note that the owner, very discreet, comes early in the morning around 6 am to water the flowers and for the maintenance of the swimming pool. The holiday home lies at a distance of 3 km from the meandering river Lot, which widens near Caix or Luzech which favours canoeing, paddle boating and swimming. You also have a lake at 7 km distance. The old city of Cahors is just 10 km away and don't forget to miss the famous Pont Valentré. Surrounded by flowers and bushes in the lawn, this house will give you a natural atmosphere to live in. The house is well appointed with quality furniture and decorations. The pool area outside has deckchairs for you to lounge on. Children have their own play equipment. Check in lies between 4 to 7 PM and check out is from 9 to 10 AM.

Beautiful garden and great swimming pool

The owner rents out her own house in the summer. She is very sweet and the house is well kept. The garden and the swimming pool offer lots of space and privacy. Would certainly recommend.

We hebben drie heerlijke weken gehad met mooi weer. Alice, de gastvrouw, is vriendelijk en bereikbaar voor vragen. Het huisje kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken, het is erg gehorig en de kasten staan vol met spullen. Het zwembad is heerlijk en wordt automatisch schoongemaakt. De omheining rondom het huisje biedt veel privacy. In het dorp is weinig te beleven, maar met de auto kom je op veel leuke plekken en markten in de buurt

La maison presente de nombreuses qualités mais malheureusement trop de défauts. Le jardin est magnifique et tres bien entretenu mais la presence de points deau amene beaucoup de moustiques. La piscine est tres grande mais le liner est sale. Le robot etait en panne à notre arrivée et na pas ete réparé. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais les matelas sont inconfortables. Le siphon de la salle de bain est malodorant. Le lave vaisselle n'est pas fixé. L'annonce rédigée par abritel presente de nombreuses incohérences. Il est ecrit que le lit fait 200 par 200 alirs que c'était en fait un lit 140 par 190. Enfin l'hôte est tres gentille et assez âgée et ne comprend pas tout au téléphone.

Ist ein schönes Haus mit Swimmingpool. Sie werden von Frau herzlich willkommen geheißen. und sie gibt eine vernünftige Erklärung, wie die Rollläden und der Alarm funktionieren – den Rest können Sie selbst herausfinden. Die Betten sind gut und fest, aber für uns eher klein, vor allem weil sie am Ende ein hohes Fußteil haben, sodass die langen Beine nicht darüber hängen können, sondern zur Seite gehen müssen. Das Haus ist voller Nippes aller Art und einige Schränke sind so voll, dass man sich kaum traut, sie zu öffnen, weil alles herausfallen könnte (man bekommt den Eindruck), besonders die Küchenschränke sind bombenvoll und so bleibt kaum Platz, um die eigenen Einkäufe zu verstauen Platz bietet - was schade ist, denn es macht insgesamt einen etwas chaotischen Eindruck, obwohl es ein tolles Haus ist. Wie die Engländer sagen würden: „Weniger ist mehr“. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie den Strom separat bezahlen müssen. Das ist an sich kein Problem, aber wir empfanden/finden das Haus als Energiefresser. In den Niederlanden, wo wir etwa 200–250 kWh Energie pro Monat verbrauchen (einschließlich der Nutzung unserer Klimaanlage), nutzen Sie dieses Haus nur pro Woche. Darüber hinaus wird ein Preis von 0,45 € pro kWh berechnet, während in Frankreich eine Preisobergrenze von 0,23 € pro kWh gilt und der variable Tarif zum Zeitpunkt des Schreibens sogar 0,17 € pro kWh beträgt. Am Ende des Urlaubs gibt es also noch viel zu tun.

Teilweise wegen des schönen Wetters haben wir in diesem home.We zwei tolle Wochen hatte den privaten Pool genossen und schönem Garten und natürlich die schöne Umgebung mit Städten wie Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Vert, Puy Leveque etc, etc. . Es sollte ein schöner sein als die ander.Prima Restaurants in der Nähe, als Topper für uns l 'Hostellerie Goujounac und Vieux Cahors in Cahors Die Inter in Espère alle täglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Brot handhaben, aber für den besten Eclairs und religieuses (Kuchen) Sie gehen in die Bäckerei in Mercuès auf ca.3 km vom huis.Kajakken auf dem Grundstück ist schön, aber auf viel leuker.In Espère des Cele selbst ist nicht viel zu tun, aber in einer schönen Umgebung befindet, in welche Richtung Sie auch rijdt.Al in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
