"The hotel was nice but it lacks a few things. My stay was okay, unfortunately I encountered many set backs. The first one was, for such a big hotel my family and I were placed in the last floor, & the last room. Why, I don’t know the hotel was definitely not full. To top it off the outlets in the room weren’t working which made it a hassle to charge our phones. To make matters worse, the room next to & in front of mine were under repair as well as others down the hall. The shower was quite dangerous & inconvenient, the S-handle is in the most awkward spot, there’s no door or shower curtain or any type of privacy plus no where to grab on in case of an accidental slip. Another issues I had was the room was entered with the do not disturb sign on the door…I did complain & the manager did offer a room change but my trip was very short that packing & moving was going to be a nightmare. The food was okay, dinner was reasonable for the area. The amount of food was average. The breakfast was ok, we tried the D.R. & American breakfast, we also tried the buffet & dinner which were average. Sadly, at the buffet pastries & bread weren’t covered. The breakfast buffet is definitely overpriced. FYI everything has an automatic add on: tip & very high taxes. As far as the staff they were not very friendly, although some were polite and welcoming like Rosaly the hostess & Juan the bell boy. Lastly, the bar staff in the pool area could definitely benefit from better customer service skills."

"Iberostar truly delivers a top-tier resort experience. My boyfriend and I stayed for his birthday, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently professional, warm, and genuinely accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Our room was spotless, with a perfectly comfortable bed and an ocean-view balcony that made each morning feel special. Waking up to that view alone was worth the trip. The food was equally impressive—both the buffet and the specialty restaurants offered exceptional quality and variety, making every meal something to look forward to and well worth the cost of our stay. A special thank you to Lucy at the concierge desk, who went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. She provided thoughtful recommendations, handled our reservations seamlessly, and delivered truly top-notch service throughout. The birthday surprise she arranged—a banner on our door—was such a personal and memorable touch that meant a lot to both of us. We stayed for four nights, and honestly, it still didn’t feel like enough. Iberostar set a high bar, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit."

"This place is incredible I highly recommend it, if you are looking to stay at a calm , relaxing and peaceful place. The music is pleasant and relaxing never loud or overwhelming. Chill vibes for families and a sense of safety. If you are looking for rest/relaxation please book now. Its so beautiful with a variety flowers and tropical plants throughout the entire property and a pristine beach everything is well maintained. I stayed at a tiny house right in front of the beach the porch outside is very cute and the rooms are large air conditioned and fashionably decorated, simply and beautifully decorated and they are also available to bring drinks on request to the beach. They have a small shop with cute beach clothes and artisan made purses, bracelets and some bathing auits, toothpaste, pads, flip flops ,toothbrushes. I loved every minute and spent most of my time at the beach where they have ample hammocks and palm covered coves for beach chairs and wood tables to place drinks in.I'd like to have my wedding here and will be returning and staying longer <3. Ruth our server was really sweet and friendly, the staff is doing great work. The only recommendation would be a dedicated house for hair-dos and make up to take photos. One staff available that does hair in one of the little houses and make up for photos. Also I didnt ask service or childcare options but since its a small place I dont know if available. "Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to help and assist at all times. The food was good. Room for improvement: WiFi must be available in all areas since it was only in the lobby and spa for 1hr per day. And for those who booked only 3 days and 2 nights is not enough to book a reservation in one of their exclusive restaurants. Reservation for those restaurants are free for those with greater than 3 nights. This can improve by offering at least one dinner reservation. It will be a plus if they can put a coffee station for those coffee lovers. FINAL IMPRESSION: Good for the price 4 out of 5 is my overall review"
