Charming, air-conditioned house with a heated, fenced-in pool and a large yard

A beautifully restored "mas" with a large private pool (fenced and child-friendly), located near the village of Espédaillac.
The heated pool allows you to enjoy a constant temperature of 25 degrees, even outside the summer season.
This comfortable holiday home can accommodate 8 people + 1 baby. It’s ideal for those who appreciate tranquility and want to experience authentic country life!
The house features a spacious living room with a fireplace. In the spring and fall, you can sit in front of the fireplace with a book and a glass of wine.
The living room has been completely renovated and features underfloor heating, a large sofa, and four armchairs. There is a large LCD screen (satellite TV channels) and a SONOS system. You can also connect your laptop or iPod to enjoy your own music and films.
From the living room, French doors lead directly to the covered patio and the fully fenced-in pool, which is surrounded by large, sunny patios.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. There is plenty of dishware, pots, and pans, as well as 2 refrigerators, a freezer, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. Basic items such as coffee, tea, oil, and spices are always available. A wide variety of kitchen utensils, as well as a food processor, are also at your disposal.

On the ground floor, there are 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own colour scheme and decor. There are 2 master bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The beds can be pushed together in one of these bedrooms.
A cot, a high chair, and a stair gate are available for young children.
There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet. There is another toilet on the ground floor.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

The heated pool, measuring 14.5 x 4.5 metres, has three levels. The first, shallow level is accessed via a Roman-style staircase with a large step (for very young children). Beyond the steps lies the next level, approximately 85 cm deep. You simply need to swim to reach the deepest part, which is 1.80 metres.
Around the pool and the house are large sunny (and shaded) terraces. Sun loungers, patio furniture, and umbrellas are available for the various terraces.

Note:
- The pool is open and heated from early May through October 1. Outside this period, it is available upon request and for a fee.
- Linens rental (the bed is made and towels are provided) is 15 euros per person, payable on site.
- The weekly rental price includes electricity and gas costs.
