"firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. "Very friendly service and great value for money. There were some issues with our Expedia booking, but the staff did what they could to ensure that it was minimally disruptive. The unit is very very big and definitely could host a family quite easily. There seemed to be too few parking bays for the number of guests, but we sorted that out amongst each other. All in all a pleasant experience. "

"We are a family of four who had an 8 night stay at the Krystal Beach Hotel which we consider to be a five star rating (for a four star hotel). Excellent location with fantastic views over Gordon's Bay. Many great aspects to the hotel to support the five star rating including: the family room was very spacious for the four of us, comfortable bedding for excellent nights sleep, daily cleaning/maid service, friendly staff, healthy and filling daily breakfast, good range of meals and drink at competitive prices prices served in the restaurant, access to a gym and many other positive aspects"
