"I booked and paid for 2 nights here. Hotel was LOCKED, DARK & CLOSED upon my arrival in the evening! I called and called but they did not answer the phone. I tried multiple times to contact hotel. No response. I was alone and afraid all night because I had to sleep in my car parked in front of the hotel. "It was further away from the centre than we thought, our mistake. Imagine a rather rundown motel room desperately in need of an upgrade! It was very bijou but had everything we needed for a short stay: comfortable bed, a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, a clean bathroom. We were only staying to do a quick sightseeing of the area before moving on, so we didn't need much!"

"This is a basic motel. It is clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was offered but did not have options at all for dietary intolerances or allergies. Though the notice said that staff speak English, the receptionist had to get a colleague to deal with my request for a refund for breakfast. This made for discomfort, though the refund was given. "
