Although the building is old, he has done an amazing job of decorating the rooms, providing attractive furnishings, and creating a cowboy atmosphere. Not a lot of amenities, but we came for scenic byway 12 and Escalante Monument, not swimming pools and exercise rooms."

"Ofland Escalante was a fantastic stay. We spent two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed in one of the Airstream trailers. It was really nice inside and the AC and heat all worked great. The drive-in theater with the classic cars was really cool. The food truck had amazingly good food. It is not too often I say that about a food truck, but it exceeded our expectations greatly. One thing that really stands out is the cleanliness of the place. From the units to the bathrooms and showers, everything was clean. The staff all were very friendly and polite. Great group of people. "
