"We spent 8 nights at the Zoëtry Mallorca Hotel, and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel and the grounds are very beautiful, very well-maintained. The pool was heavenly. Our room was big, clean and modern, with a patio outside. We were just across from the pool. The staff was great. Very welcoming, very polite, very charming, very helpful. We especially enjoyed Neus, Idoia and Inez! Please give them our thanks. We were very impressed by the linguistic skills of all the staff. Everyone spoke fluent and idiomatic English. There were a number of German-speaking guests, and I was very impressed by the fluency in German of your staff. Bravo! The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. Very fresh, very beautifully prepared and presented, and very delicious. In short, we had a wonderful holiday, and enjoyed Mallorca greatly. Thank you."
