"This hotel is adorable. The staff was extrememly friendly and helpful. Their lounge served amazing drinks and snacks. It is located downtown so it was a short walk from the venue of the event we were attending. I was worried about the noise level based on other reviews but that was not an issue at all. I did have a challenge at check-in - I arrived with my family at about 7:20pm and was told that we needed to wait half an hour because our room was still being worked on.
