"We enjoyed our weekend at Piwari Villa. A very old villa which appeared clean and was really well equipped with everything we needed. Neighbouring properties are close by but we still enjoyed sitting on front deck in the sun and using the spa pool. The house had a shed for storing our bikes which was really handy and communication with owners was easy. Would love to know more about the history of the house."

"Had a little trouble/minor delay gaining access, internet? The place was clean and private spa great after a walk in the rain. Location is within an hour of many worthwhile attractions but not near groceries or much shopping."

"It was lovely to get to the lodge and light a fire for a cosy evening, finishing it off with a spa before bed. Everything we needed was provided, and a beautiful breakfast as well."

"We are so happy with the place. Kids love sleeping in the bunk beds. We got everything we need in the kitchen. There were lots of movies to watch in the TV. The house was warm when you started heating up the fireplace. The host was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early and check out late due to some delayed situations. "Unique property in off the beaten track town. Just what we were wanting and looking for. Maxine and Mike are wonderful hosts adding to the memorable experience. Minimal amenities in immediate town but all available in a town 15 minutes away."

"It was a good place to stay. Great location. Well furnished, with nice beds and a high pressure shower. However there was no firewood, and the fire pit outside was not there if I’m being picky. Overall perfect for families and much better than staying at a motel!"
