Two terraces will allow you to enjoy the fresh air: a small one at the front of the house, perfect for reading or having a cup of coffee whilst chatting, and a second one at the back, ideal for gathering around good grilled food.



The living area is decorated with care and taste, with blue touches and wooden accessories that evoke a seaside spirit. The lounge, bathed in light thanks to its bay windows on each side, is a most pleasant place. Then the dining room, where you will find a beautiful wooden table to enjoy good dishes, previously prepared in the fully equipped American kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



When fatigue sets in, you will discover 3 bedrooms with double beds where you can rest in complete peace. The two bedrooms with blue walls have access to the outside and a television. One of them will allow you to work remotely if needed thanks to its desk.



A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet are also available.



For even more convenience, the house also has a washing machine, a hair dryer, a barbecue and an outdoor parking space.
