It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- Bedroom 2: 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with a double bed below (140x190), and a single bed above.
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside
- A beautiful 250 m² garden + terraces with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Erquy, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
