The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. "For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar. "Beautiful, scenic area and we couldn’t be happier with the Arabella! Our room was good sized and clean and we received a lovely welcome gift upon arrival. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We also loved the breakfast and restaurant options! Great food and lots of choices. I do wish there were more options of red wines by the glass though. "The picture of the property is misleading. It’s actually a hotel with an entrance in the fast food place! The property is also fenced off at this time for renovations! So my review is timely and might change! The actual ‘Hotel room’ was fantastic with great views of the valley from the balcony! We were in room 308, but the elevator goes actually DOWN to the third level??? I guess the EG (Mainlevel from the store and Restaurant) is on level 4. Check in was done thru the store in a very hectic manner! Parking was not explained, which we found later on our walk! It’s behind the building and you have to oppose the one way only traffic to get there! Next the entire Area is just a major Bus and Truck stop! Nearest grocery store is 7 km away! "
