"What was unique about the property was the Sky Lounge, 19 stories high, outside area too and overlooking the Rhine River. Service was exceptional, including getting our rooms earlier. We were upgraded from standard rooms to comfort rooms free of charge. This was a nice touch. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The buffet style breakfast, which included both hot and cold selections, was very well received. This was also free during our stay. Overall, an exceptional experience and we will be back."

"Our stay at the Premier Inn Düsseldorf City Centre was great. Parking was a little tricky (mainly due to another vehicle being parked too far over in the adjacent bay) but suitcases can be wheeled from the car to the elevator on the same level and straight up to Reception, then the same elevator to the rooms. The beds, as always, were extremely comfortable and the room clean. Carpeted rooms and air-conditioning were a welcome change from other hotels on our trip. Breakfast was excellent, with continental choices plus boiled and scrambled eggs, bacon & pork sausages. Staff were welcoming and helpful."
