Chalet Cocoon – Cozy chalet for 14 guests with sauna and fenced garden in Soy (Érezée)

Welcome to Chalet Cocoon, a spacious and cozy holiday home for up to 14 guests, peacefully located in the village of Soy near Érezée, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Ardennes. This comfortable chalet is ideal for families and groups of friends looking to relax and enjoy nature together. Pets are not allowed.

Inside you will find a cozy living room with wood stove, a separate sitting room with DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen including a gas cooker, combination microwave, dishwasher and several fridge and freezer options. The house offers six bedrooms spread over three floors, including one bedroom on the ground floor suitable for guests with reduced mobility. With several bathrooms and toilets, the house is well suited for larger groups.

For extra relaxation there is a recreation room with billiards and a bar, as well as a sauna to unwind after a day in the Ardennes. Children can enjoy the playroom.

Outside you can enjoy a fenced garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for relaxing or dining together. The surrounding area offers beautiful hiking routes, the Tramway Touristique de l’Aisne, and visits to Durbuy and La Roche-en-Ardenne.

Een warme en ruime woning waar je als familie een eigen plek hebt met veel recreatiemogelijkheden. Voor rolstoelers mooi voorzien. Wij sliepen in een 'gewone' slaapkamer en het was krap om als rolstoeler in bed te gaan. Douchen met hulp aan het uiteinde vd douchevloer. Handig verlaagde lavabo en steun bij wc. Algemeen heel fijn verblijf. Een aanrader!

Graag willen we eerst laten weten hoe proper het huisje is! De kamers zijn praktisch en in orde, overal een kast om kledij weg te leggen, 2 hele mooie grote badkamers en 1 kleinere (die we eigenlijk niet gebruikt hebben). Doordat de living open is naar boven, is het inderdaad wel gehorig, je hoort ook heel duidelijk als er iemand boven je aan het rondlopen is. Op zich was het voor ons een leuk verblijf, alleen was voor ons de tuin iets te klein. Er staan struiken met doornen tussen de bomen waardoor de kinderen enkel op de paadjes en aan het speeltuig hebben gespeeld. Qua keuken: goed uitgerust, zalig groot gasvuur, diepvries aanwezig en in de kelder stond een 2e koelkast. We zijn dus zeker tevreden. Als de tuin wat groter zou zijn zouden we zeker terugkomen.

Het is een heerlijk huis, licht en ruim, waar we graag willen terugkomen. Er is een ruime zithoek met genoeg plek voor 11 mensen, heel fijn. We hebben wel een paar tips voor de eigenaar. Er zijn maar zes theeglazen en er zijn geen thermoskannen voor thee. Alleen eentje die naar koffie ruikt. Graag aanvullen. Koppen en glazen waren vies toen we aankwamen. Mogelijk doordat de afwasmachine het niet goed deed. We hebben de afwasmachine en het filter erin schoongemaakt en toen deed hij het beter. Graag in de gaten houden. Het zou fijn zijn als er in de keuken een paar lege kastjes zijn waarin je boodschappen kwijt kan. De ventilator in de wc in het souterrain deed het niet. Maar, zoals gezegd, afgezien van deze aanbevelingen is het een heel fijn huis!

Echt super für Partys, JGA, etc. . Nur aufpassen das alles sauber ist am Ende. Habe 50€ weniger Kaution erhalten, weil wir den Kamin nicht sauber gemacht haben und beim Grill das Geillrost nicht so sauber war wie es der Vermieten eigentlich haben willte xD. Ansonsten aber, top Bäder, Umgebung, Sauberkeit, viel Platz, sehr ruhige Lage. Gerne wieder!!!
