Friendly country hotel
I stayed here for one night while travelling and must say it was a delightful discovery. Firstly, I received a genuinely friendly welcome, including my dog. The room was quiet, clean and spacious enough. The same goes for the bathroom. The hotel includes a restaurant and beer garden offering traditional Bavarian fare. The food was delicious. As for the surroundings, just 200 m from the hotels there are fields inviting for the walk. I will be happy to stay here again.

Pleasant stay
The room was nice, very clean and the bed comfortable. We slept out towards the back, and enjoyed the balcony and view. The bathroom was clean, but extremely tiny. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Bonus: They offer a breakfast buffet with a nice variety of items! Also, they operate a restaurant with tasty local dishes.

Family-run, small town lodging in Bavaria
Booked the “double room” described as including a 2 beds, either a queen and a twin or a king and a twin. The twin was basically a cot. And they added $ in addition to the stated cost for the additional person. So felt a little misled. Family run, decent breakfast; attentive service at meal. Pretty dramatic change from Holiday Inn in the city, but this is Bavaria, so this is how it is. Would be a great place in summer when their beer garden is open!

European tour
This is a guest house of 2 halves, one new, one traditional, we were in the traditional part. While admin was friendly there was little effort made to enhance that, we were given directions to the room and that was that. The room (13) was a good size but dated in design and furnishing. the curtains were broken on one corner and would not close properly and the heating did not function properly. The bathroom was a good size but again dated and had signs of wear, the shower door needed encouragement to close fully and the shower flexible pipe hung across the shower while you used it, not big things just irritating. Breakfast was continental style but again service let us down by not advising that cooked eggs were available on request which we did not do. Bed was comfortable and the area quiet so a good night was not an issue. Proximity to the autobahn makes this a convenient stay and if you get a new room I am sure it is much more pleasant.

Super hotel with good restaurant
Stayed overnight whilst on a road trip. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The restaurant was cozy and had a pleasant ambiance. On the night we stayed they had a 'spare ribs eat as much as you like like' evening as well as the normal menu items. Needless to say - we overate! Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant facilities but take ear-plugs!
Wonderfully swish, modern accommodation with brilliant facilities - BUT - noisy road and church bells every quarter hour. No air-con. So a hot, sweaty, sleepless night in the lovely room! Nice restaurant served the usual, predictable german options. Pleasant without being special. We did not stay for breakfast as we always prefer to get ours at local bäckereien, rather than in hotels.

Warm and friendly welcome, wonderful family operation, flexible, helpful and nothing is a problem, Nice breakfast buffet for under 8 Euros, Biergarten offers varities of beer , wine and other nice drinks, good Bavarian kitchen! Not far from Starnberger See and Ammersee, Munich also is easy to access by car.

Great hotel in the countryside!
This beautiful hotel is located in the small town of Eresing. It's about a 45 minute drive from central Munich, and 30 minutes to the Ammersee town of Herrsching. The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious, even by US standards! Our second floor room had a great balcony that overlooked the main street. We were able to sit out there in the morning and enjoy the sun. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves excellent German cuisine, beer, and desserts at good prices. The only warning I have is that you really need a car to get around this area. There are S-Bahn and other rail stops in towns within a few kilometers, but none directly in Eresing.

Great stop for Romantic Road trip!
The hotel was very clean and tidy, as depicted in the pictures. The facilities are very modern. I loved how comfortable the beds and pillows are. Unfortunately there was no twin beds at all in the hotel, but they had two separate comforters. There were no cooking facilities on site but we had a meal at the hotel's restaurant and it was good, and reasonably priced. We were driving on the Romantic Road trip and wanted to find a place to stay near Ausgang, and this hotel is just 0.5 hours away. It is also an hour away from our next stop, Neuschwanstein castle, so all in all, it was very convenient for us in terms of location.

Very modern and new rooms. No phone or clock in room. It is fine if you have a phone that works in Germany. The staff were really good. They said they speak a little English, but it was fluent as far as I am concerned. The restaurant was quite good. Very close to rail station that brings you right into downtown Munich. I would stay there again without a doubt. Danke.

Perfect country stay
We loved staying here. Away from tourist and the hustle of Munich. This is a great place to stay and eat with locals. The staff was amazing and kind. The room was new, fresh and clean and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We loved this hotel. The food at dinner and breakfast was amazing. The renovations to the facility are just stunning. The room was so comfortable and up to date that we didn't want to leave!00 I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Bavaria. The staff treated us like family and we really loved staying here. It was the best dinner we have had in all of Germany too. Truely a great value at any price!

Friendly and helpful staff, comfy and spacious room, good biergarten (didn't try the food, but other customers seemed happy) and pleasant village location yet not too far from main roads. Buffet breakfast available, free parking and wifi. Great for a stopover or exploring the area.

We arrived early, a note was on the front door of the hotel/restaurant with all the names of that evenings guests. After putting the message into Google translante, we found that you were to ring the bell by the outside stairs. Done, a very pleasant woman can and give us out key. The town is very quiet and we opted to eat both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was very good, and resonable priced. Would stay there again for sure.

We got to the hotel late in the evening, but were still able to utilize our room. When we rang the bell, a young man came to give us the keys and explain major items. We found the room very easily and enjoyed the roomy clean room. Three of us stayed at a reasonable rate.
