"I cannot say enough amazing things about Avani+ Riverside Bangkok! We stayed October 11–13 while celebrating my girlfriend’s 40th birthday, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I genuinely wish I had gotten everyone’s names because so many deserve individual recognition. From the bell staff who welcomed us, to the front desk team who assisted with check-in, to the incredible housekeeping staff, every interaction was filled with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Traveling as a group of six, we never once felt like any request was too much. Whatever we needed, the staff made sure we were accommodated, always with a smile. They truly made my girlfriend’s birthday feel special! The hotel is beautiful, and the complimentary boat shuttle made visiting the mall incredibly convenient. I’ve traveled to many places around the world, and the hospitality here ranks among the very best. What impressed me most was the consistency across EVERY department. To the entire team working October 11–13, THANK YOU! Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. "We stayed in a studio room because this was all that was available and their sister property was all booked. The room is small, very small, but once you get everything organized it works. Beds are comfortable. We were not bothered by outside noise. Lot’s of hot water. It has cosy roof top restaurant provided breakfast, lunch and supper. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak English very well. What is most spectacular is the location. Right on the water, in walking distance to Grand Palace Wat Arun, Wat Pho, There is a hop on hop off ferry station five minutes away. It is in-expensive to buy a day pass for unlimited use. Within minutes you can be a Khao San ( street food site), Chinatown, Flower Market an an iconique shopping center if your into those."

The gym, game room, pool, steam room and sauna were well maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a great variety each day. Shuttle services to the BTS were also very reliable and comfortable. The jetted tub, access to the spa, and view from our room were the best parts of our stay. Highly recommend!"
