A pleasant semi-detached house with a view of the sea, featuring a garden and a lovely terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. <br>Sleeps up to 6 on the upper floor, which is equipped with 2 double beds and 2 single beds; bed linens are provided free of charge. Our holiday rental is certified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.<br>A safety gate on the landing outside the bedrooms ensures your children’s safety. <br>For hygiene purposes, the mattresses and pillows are covered with single-use covers. The beds are made upon arrival. We can provide bath linens—6 bath towels, 6 washcloths, and 3 bath sheets—for 10 euros per stay, payable on site. Baby essentials are available (high chair, travel cot, and baby bathtub). <br>The house consists of:<br> a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, and a freezer)<br>a walk-in closet (ironing board and iron, standing clothes dryer)<br>a bathroom (shower and sink), and a toilet on the ground floor <br>a TV with a DVD player, free fiber-optic internet access, and an arcade game console.<br>Access to the garage is available for storing bicycles, windsurfing boards, etc., as well as <br>a garage entrance where you can park your vehicle during your stay.<br>An electric vehicle charging station is located nearby, about 50 metres away, available at your own expense.<br>Very close to the beach—about 150 metres from a staircase leading to the small beach—or direct access to the large beach, 400 metres away, which is supervised by lifeguards from July through August.
