Lovely little getaway

Beautiful property. We enjoyed the natural surroundings and quiet. Great for a quick little trip away from the hustle and bustle. Many gorgeous hiking trails just minutes away.

The cabin was perfect for the two of us. Its location to Garden of the Gods is perfect. The cabin was clean and the check in/out process was super easy.

Loved the cabin. Really gave you that forest feel. Extreme close to all the trails. The wifi was fast. Overall great experience and will definitely be coming back.

Shawnee Forest cabins

All our needs were met. Cabin area was quiet, under partial forest. Went outside at night and listened to the hoot owls and coyotes. Very pleasant.

Garden of the Gods Hike

The location was perfect to the surrounding National Forest trailheads. Garden of the Gods. The cabin was updated with good amenities. The cabin we stayed in was nearby a hornets nest. But other than that, the stay was accommodating and the memories created in the forest was ever-lasting. Thank you for the hospitality.

Alright

Check in is super easy. Management was great. Easy to contact with issues and found a solution quickly. Property is nice and up to date. Perfect size for 2 people. Close to the other cabins, So not a lot of privacy. We went to cook out and the grill for the property was missing grates. Called management and they were able to find a solution so we could grill out. Hot tub was awesome. The location for hiking was ideal. The negatives for the cabin. There are no cleaning supplies at all. The floor was extremely dirty and sticky. Wanted to clean the floor but didn’t have anything to do so with. Had to rewash my feet at night before getting into bed.
