"Check-in staff was nice but created much confusion when she asked if we wanted SOAP for our stay. What hotel doesn't provide soap?? Turns out the soap, shampoo, and conditioner are free, but I thought they had turned them into an add-on. I asked if there was TP in the room, or if that was also an add-on. Ridiculous policy for a high-end resort."

"Hotel was clean. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was ok. Menu showed bacon but there was none. Beds are hard."

Our host/owner was extremely nice and helpful; even the neighbor was very helpful. It was our first trip to Lake Martin, but not our last."
