Relaxing & Spacious Lake Life at NEW 'The Cove'
- Welcome to your brand new favorite Lake Martin getaway! This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in the newly developed Shiner's Cove community, and offers the perfect combination of beautiful & spacious comfort, peaceful waterfront living, and easy access to everything Lake Martin has to offer.
With plenty of space both inside and out, and just minutes from many popular local spots, we hope you can come slow down, enjoy the lake, and make yourself at home!

Our home was made with the intention to be enjoyed by all seasons of life!
The open-concept main level features a spacious kitchen with a propane cooktop, full dining area, comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and two bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a huge closet which fits a pack n play in to have a separate space in the same room for a baby. There are also games and toys for you to use in the closet!
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with two beds in each room, giving families and big groups plenty of room to spread out. There is also a full size crib in the closet. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. There is soap, shampoo, and conditioner in every bathroom.
The front of the house has an attached garage & a huge driveway that can fit multiple cars.
Step out back and enjoy the large grassy yard overlooking the water and personal dock. The back yard gets the shade in the afternoon, and is perfect for afternoon outdoor games/fishing or sunset dinners on the outdoor dining room table.
Our house is a 50-minute drive from Jordan-Hare Stadium, making it a great spot for game day weekends!
This is a new construction neighborhood so please note there will be construction going on in, but it will not affect the gorgeous view of the lake from the backyard!
