Maison lumineuse et agréable, très bien équipée, avec une vue incroyable sur les vignes situées juste en face. Un cadre parfait pour profiter de la région, facilement accessible. Commerces à proximité, notamment une boulangerie à 2 minutes de la maison, ouverte même le dimanche. "literie déplorable, matelas a changer, intérieur des placards sales ,un bon nettoyage de la douche est a envisager. un jardin bordélique;un accès par porte de jardin en fer qui s'ouvre 1 fois sur 3 ou qui ne se referme pas si vous n'avez pas de lumière(portable)pour la nuit c'est le parcours du combattant de plus a 9h du soir quelqu'un a essayé d'ouvrir notre porte?????avons entendu des voies a l'extérieur très mauvaise expérience que nous ne recommanderons a nos proches "

"This was one of our most favorite stays in France! Virginie was a delight and met us to let us in and at check out. Their winery is just behind this beautiful remodeled home with a tasting room downstairs. She gave us a lovely bottle of their champagne and a tasty local treat. The house was large and had comfortable beds, very clean and well appointed kitchen. We loved this place and wish had more time for our stay. We highly recommend this home and the host!"

Radisson Hotel Reims

6/10 Okay

"This Radisson is new and sparkly but unfortunately the staff did not quite measure up with the nice facilities. They were friendly enough but simple things like having two free people at the front desk but then not helping us when we struggled with our bags in the revolving door, brings our rating down. We chose the hotel for its new facilities, the location, the gym, and the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, when I asked about the rooftop, they told me that it would not be open until a few days after our stay but that we were welcome to take a drink from downstairs up to it. We took our game up one night only to find a few employees winetasting up there and the bar was open. I ordered a cup of tea that took 30 minutes. Service missed the mark again. The breakfast was lovely—nice buffet and even included gluten-free bread options."

"One night the AC did not work at all, and the room was way too hot; the second night it ran on max non stop and we were freezing cold. Receptionist said he couldn’t do anything about it, despite several calls and visits; the AC control in the room he said was for decoration only as they control the AC centrally! A room change he said would be a full extra room charge.. Unacceptable! Breakfast was good though. Weird gym hours, sauna was turned off…"

"This is a gem of a property, the staff are so welcoming and the accommodation is very well appointed with just 5 rooms, we stayed in Chambre No.1 which was massive it covers the first 4 windows on the first floor with 2 rooms [bedroom & sitting room] please a good bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Even though the accommodation and our room is right on front, Av. De Champagne at night there was no road traffic so we had no issues with having windows open during the night [there is AC as well in both rooms]….the Avenue goes very quiet around 8-9pm during the week. The car parking was great and easy to access through secure electric gates and the advantage of 1 EV Charging point which was free of charge is a plus. I will say the charging point is slow we received 1.4kWh to our BMW iX3 so for 24hrs charging we topped up 30% which was fine for us. Would we stay again….absolutely without hesitation."

"The staff was very polite, spoke great English (we’re American so this was helpful), they helped us with a map & recommendations. It was clean, room was big and it was nice the toilet/shower area was separate. Great amenities with nice restaurants. I felt like it was in a good location where it was close to everything but not loud. The only slightly negative is the room was a little warm, however that could’ve been user error. I would stay here over and over again."
