Located in the hamlet of Mayse, a town of Petit-Bornand nestled at an altitude of 1500 m, this very comfortable chalet will seduce you as much by its location as by the quality of its services. Atypical alpine chalet completely renovated, it is made up of:
On the ground floor : - A large room with a living room with a wood stove, a kitchen with a stove and an oven. - A cellar with cupboards, storage spaces, a fridge and a washing machine. The toilets are separate and have a hand basin.
Upstairs : - A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. - A dormitory with 8 beds in the refuge spirit. - A bedroom with a double bed. - A bedroom with 4 single beds in the refuge spirit. All bedding is new and comfortable.
Hot water is produced by gas cylinders and electricity is produced by solar panels. Cold water is potable spring water. Firewood is at your disposal. The toilets are connected to a septic tank.
Lovers of hiking, peace and freedom, this chalet is made for you. A change of scenery guaranteed in a sumptuous setting with unprecedented comfort in mountain pastures.
The chalet is accessible on foot, 1h30 from Entremont or 1h30 from Chinaillon (commune of Grand-Bornand). From Entremont it can be reached by 4x4. There is a refreshment bar / restaurant in the hamlet of Mayse at 10mn on foot and therefore, since in alpine pastures, tons of walks.
In winter the chalet is only accessible by snowshoes or ski touring.
Cleaning, sheets, duvets, pillowcases and towels are included in the delivery.
