Villa with a garden in a charming village near Avignon

  • This family-friendly home is close to all attractions and amenities. Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue is a 20-minute drive and a 10-minute train ride from Avignon.

    The house is newly built and features a fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, drip coffee maker, and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine) that opens onto a large living area equipped with a TV and internet access.

    There are two large bedrooms; one has a 160x200 cm bed, and the other has a sofa bed that converts to 140x190 cm. Both have large closets to help you settle in comfortably.

    The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate.

    Outside, you can enjoy the patio furniture, a barbecue, lounge chairs, and—for your children—a swing set and a playhouse with slides!

Definitely recommended!

We stayed here for 8 nights at the end of May. Communications with Aline were excellent. She met us at the property at the agreed time & gave a full explanation about what we needed to know about the oven, the washing machine, the garbage etc. It’s 100% equipped with all that you need. Lots of big windows that let the light in. It’s nicely decorated in a modern style and all appliances seem to be new and good quality. The shower is great, good water pressure. The bed is comfortable. No complaints there. Loads of storage throughout. The garden and patio area are total sun-traps from dawn to dusk & the two sun-loungers are a good addition. Parking is safe, right outside the door, and not shared or on the main road. A 15 minute walk takes you into town for the U supermarket and other shops. Another five minutes takes you to the rail station. We spent a day in Avignon by train. 11 return for an adult, and the journey was less than 15 minutes. Much less stress than taking the car, and I could have a glass of wine with lunch as a bonus.A faultless location, great property, well equipped and a host who is great to deal with. Definitely recommend.

très beau gite, très propre et très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Très bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire, très souriante et disponible. Ce gite est très bien situé par rapport aux différents sites touristiques. Ce gite est à recommander.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Sehr sauber und zeitgemäß modern eingerichtet, mit einer Terrasse und einem großzügigen Garten. Das Haus (inclusive Küche und Garten) hat zahlreiche Ausstattungsmerkmale, so dass es uns hier an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
