"Let me start by saying this is one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The space is beautifully designed—furnished and decorated with fun, unique touches that give it real character and the fishing theme for me was a real hit.Typically, when we visit the area, we stay with family or at our place at the lake…. But that was not an option on this trip… so we took advantage of staying at The Litch and we are glad we did….. as a side note…. My wife’s great-great-great-grandfather Sam Litch actually built this hotel, so staying here had special meaning for us—and it didn’t disappoint.We had a fantastic experience, and the downtown Enterprise location made it easy to enjoy the town’s charm, local shops, and great food options. We ate at three nearby restaurants—each one offered outstanding breakfast and lunch choices.The highlight for me was the thoughtful decor—stylish, unique, and full of character. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for the four of us to relax.Communication was seamless, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

"Perfect location & views. We love to find a small town with a great 4th of July parade and a firework celebration. All the festivities were wonderful. We loved the people, the places. We rode the tram, hiked Mt. Howard, kayaked Lake Wallow and enjoyed all the towns had to offer!! The cabin was perfect. The basket of snacks and breakfast items were helpful and lovely. The fridge had fresh eggs, milk and items to enjoy. The space was clean, fresh, cozy and comfortable. The startgazing dome was very cool and fun! We had a great time!"

"David, manager, was extremely helpful in both signing in and sharing information about Enterprise. I left a computer charging cord and he called and is holding it until my next visit. Rooms clean and comfortable. Towels a step above normal privately owned properties. "

"Enjoyed 3 nights in this fabulous Vacation Rental. Great location for exploring the area. A lot of thought, attention to detail, and talent went into reviving this beautiful old building and creating the vacation rental units. Pete's Point is super spacious, the Decor is stunning, fun, interesting, and informative, not to mention extremely comfortable and spotless. Photos do not do this place justice. Linens, Towels, even the soap and shampoo were all high quality. I enjoyed drinking coffee and eating food using beautiful pottery handmade by a local artist. Bed was really comfortable, as well as the couch and bar stools. I was given a lot of information before arriving, and during my stay and Todd checked to make sure everything was going well shortly after I arrived, he also responded quickly to questions or concerns and he brought a fantastic heater over as soon as I let him know the heater in the main living space wasn't working. I felt like the goal of the owners was to make my stay as perfect as possible. Super easy check in and check out. After this experience I would stay at any rental these guys own and will highly recommend them to anyone who is visiting this area."
