Felt safe and location was good. Nice breakfast setup. Staff at check-in was very welcoming. Could improve on cleanliness of common area, did t seem as our hallway was ever vacuumed hoben the same piece of tissue was on the floor during our entire stay. Asked for a specific item to be refilled by housekeeping, never happened. Overall an okay place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful; however, the hotel's key making machine did not work and we were never provided with room keys. Thus, we had to get some staff member to come and open our room door. There was no coffee maker in the room, thus requiring a trip to the lobby to get coffee. We were told it is a new policy for HI Express. The hotel room clock could not be set to the correct time as it was on a master system. Overall, not a good experience and we will no longer stay at HI Express unless it's the only lodging available.

Home away from home

Hotel is pretty nice. Sits back from the street and had some places to eat around it along with some little business. This was my 3rd time staying for work so well worth the extra 20 minutes. Breakfast was the standard Holiday meal so hot and cold foods and well worth it.

The young lady that checked us in was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Air worked great. The pool was clean and awesome for the littles. Entire property was clean and updated. There is a Bbq restaurant you can walk across the parking lot to that was great and convenient. Awesome breakfast with biscuits, gravy, sausage, omelette, pancakes, you name it. The lady at breakfast was nice and was working very hard. I really appreciated all the staff. They are to be commended and make the hotel. I recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great overnight stay on our trip.

A quiet and most pleasant overnight stay

We were traveling on our way to the Gulf Coast and stopped here overnight! We found a friendly staff, clean, well-appointed rooms with everything we needed, and a terrific, hot breakfast the next morning. We couldn't be more pleased with the night's stay. We will definitely stay here next time we're in the area. Thanks so much for a great experience!
