"I’ve seen here before pretty nice but this night in particular, my door didn’t close and I went to Armando and he said that the back is sealed so no one can get in and that there’s 24 hour security that morning I pursuit to take a shower and the showerhead flew off, hit my head and I couldn’t take a shower. I had soap follow my body. I proceed to check out and nobody said anything they said they would send me a message. I have never received anything."
