"The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day. "I am a disabled man, when I arrived at hotel, I was told the third floor was my room, the hotel receptionist told me the elevator is not working and I’ll have to take the stairs. Because I couldn’t climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there. I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they won’t refund me! "

"Toilet seat missing, fighting roaches whole times, sink didnt work, walls thin hear everything, beds uncomfortable, No AirCon just fan, only one power outlet all the way by door, staff not overly friendly and i could do on but it was bad experiences. I endure 5-6hrs before i left."
