Amazing... Almost Want to Keep it Hidden!

This was a very nice hotel with a tremendous restaurant! We caught a red eye into Shannon and drove up, so were were there early. Nonetheless, they let us into the room early. We'd booked a Sunday Roast lunch at the restaurant, which was amazing, especially with the wonderful view! During the week we stayed at the hotel, everyone was incredibly nice, the breakfasts were generous, and the dinners (3) were amazing. We generally don't eat hotel food unless forced, but this was an exception! . It's within walking distance of the seaweed baths, which was really fun too. We'll definitely go back!

The hotel was fabulous, the care & attention from the staff was wonderful. The restaurant was well appointed with a magician in the kitchen, service attentive & knowledgeable. We had a car problem & never had a stressful moment. The front desk (Ehtan ? spelling apologies) went out of her way to assist & guide us through summoning the local auto assist company. The new owners are to be commended for their attention to detail, providing a very comfortable atmosphere in a spectacular location.

All great. Welcome was lovely rooms big and overlooking the sea. Great views. Owners could not do enough for you. Food was excellent. Only downside were the rooms were a little dated but they were clean and comfortable. If ever in the area again would definitely go back.

The is an outstanding place to stay, the location, service and food are all excellent. The room we stayed had views of the ocean and was very spacious. The meals are of a high standard with a very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer selbst sind groß , sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten die Unterkunft inkl. Frühstück gebucht. Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, wie sonst oft, sondern es wird nach Karte bestellt. Alles wird frisch zubereitet. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es waren wenig Gäste im Hotel und trotzdem mussten wir ewig warten, bis wir zum Frühstück einen Kaffee bekamen. Auch wurde kein Kaffee nachgeschenkt und der zuständige Angestellte für den Frühstücksraum war ständig verschwunden, so dass man kaum die Chance auf „nachordern“ hatte.

Best Place we Stayed in Ireland

The Waterfront House is fantastic!! We had a lovely welcome from the receptionist who couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and had great views over the Atlantic. The area was quiet, and a five minute seafront walk to restaurants and pubs. The complimentary breakfast was very good. We have been travelling around Ireland for nearly two weeks, and this is easily the best place we stayed. Definitely recommend, and if I’m ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

Great anniversary accommodation!

We were met with an extremely friendly welcome at the front desk that set the tone for our stay. We also ended up with a view of the sea at Enniscrone which was probably one of the best we've ever had - all helped by the double rainbow we saw in the morning. The whole place is comfortable and well decorated. The restaurant is great even though we didn't eat there this time due to a family event but we have eaten there before. Breakfast, as expected, was top quality. We would definitely recommend it as a fantastic getaway for a night or longer.

Brilliant beach side

Lovely stay in one of the largest rooms in the hotel. Great sea views and fantastic staff. Food in the restaurant was lovely and accommodated us as late arrivals, even had craft ales available.

Great hotel right at the beach.

Great staff, great dinner and breakfast. Decor was a bit dated but the hotel was immaculate and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. I also met other guests who come annually to enjoy the hotel and local amenities. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
