"The staff was lovely. We experienced a few issues with heating and lighting in our rooms, but the staff addressed the issues and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel was beautiful with beach access. The food was great, and the seating areas around the hotel were very cozy."

"The facilities provided were generally ok but could be improved here and there. Electric radiators were effective once switched on although sitting room one was not adjustable.
