"The apartment is located on the last floor of a building, thus being a duplex (two floors inside with stairs) apartment. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. "The Hotel Central Luzern is a city property, so access to shopping, dining, and transportation are readily available. The walk to the covered bridge leading to Old Town was literally a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and informative! They also lent us umbrellas to use on our first day due to some persistent rain. Our room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way during our stay. Bedding was very comfortable! The shower and bathroom were clean and of an acceptable size. The property has a breakfast/lounge area and balconies off of the lounge room. This was nice just to get out of the room. We would definitely stay here again!"
