"Clean, spacious, room with comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Check in was easy and the complimentary hot chocolate was delicious!"

"The hotel itself was beautiful and very up to date. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, drinks, and gift shop. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a cheer competition and wanted to stay close to everything in downtown Little Rock. The only downside was the valet service. We waited about 40 minutes in a long line to valet our car. My mom is elderly and cannot walk long distances, which made the wait especially difficult. Because of the delay, I ended up planning to park on my own and walk back to the hotel. Overall, the hotel was wonderful, but the valet wait time definitely needs improvement, especially for guests with mobility concerns."

"Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room was quiet.. Breakfast offerings were good. The only thing that I found missing was a small bar of soap. I had to use the shampoo provided to wash hands"

"The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and pool area looked clean and organized. TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue. Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area."
