"Amei"

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"Our unit had a loose toilet and a very noisy AC unit (clearly broken not noisy from its design) They moved us into an upgraded unit for free to fix the problem, so everything was good."

"I get good time in this place with my Family."

"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "

"Arrived very early in the morning straight from GRU. Staff was very helpful and the room was good. Close to the ferry to Ilhabela."

"Simplesmente localizaçao, estrutura e ambiente natural perfeito para sair da rotina."

"I liked the clean room, helpful staff and ample fresh breakfast."

"Staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the hotel location is fantastic. I only wish they offered free water to the guests. I mean, the guests have to buy bottled water. "

"This hotel is located by an amazing flat beach with very soft sand and warm clean water. The personel of the hotel is very helpful, and the spa has an excellent massage therapist providing amazing treatments."

"The property is very well located. The facilities are very nice but close to street level so there is some ambient noise. The breakfast is incredible."

"Otimo hotel"

"Bom dia, gostaria de agradecer a equipe do hotel.com por mais uma vez indicar um hotel top, e agradecer tb aos funcionários do hotel Guanabara, super atenciosos e muito educados. Só gostaria de ressaltar que eu fiquei num quarto bom o problema é que ele era virado para a avenida movimentada que passa por traz então o barulho incomoda um pouco mais fora isso um exelente hotel, bem localizado e fácil acesso. Obrigado"

"Excellent séjour. Beautiful island. Nice place. "
