It is a nice overall hotel with good breakfast, centrally located, big balconies with nice view.
But I would mention 2 minor things which ruined our long weekend there:
1. Before arrival I've received an email with opportunity to pre-book everything (dinners, early checkin and late check out, parking spot, lunch to go etc). Which was nice, I spent my time and pre-booked everything.
But when we arrived - nothing was taken into consideration! Each evening we ate at different place - once we had dinner at buffet (which we didn't want! But the waiter insisted that pre-booked dinners are there only), next time we were in the restaurant where the waiters didn't know if we pre-booked anything and we had to wait a while before we could order and eat anything.
By the end we received a double bill for dinners (for both buffet and restaurant for each night) which the receptionist adjusted after the discussion but the mood was already ruined.
Also late checkout (with extra payment) was not considered - cleaning lady came at 7:30am, 10am, 12pm and 12:35pm...
2) I had to spend a lot of time to negotiate at which hour we can visit spa (they allow only 1h per spa and per pool per day per person). When we arrived - both pool and spa were packed at our time because no once controlled it! People were coming when it was comfortable for them, stayed half a day, gathered in sauna (of course everyone without masks). So the good idea with Corona-protection but very bad execution!
