Great location, very central to everything. Nice rooms, we also had a balcony which got the lovely afternoon sun. Bathroom was nice, although the main problem is the shower where the taps are on the side of the wall rather than at the end under the shower head, so you end up continuously knocking your elbows when trying to wash your body or hair. The spa area is nice, although its not sound proof or sound protected at all so while youre trying to relax all you can hear is the kids yelling in the pool. Same with the hallways, when you're in your room, you can hear when people are talking or walking around in the hallways. The restaurant for dinner is outstanding, and the breakfast is great, too.

Failed me in every possible way
I stayed for a long weekend and I will never go back. My room was hot like a sauna and the staff told me to sleep with the balcony door open. The pillows were uncomfortable and the room felt like it had been renovated in the 90s. The SPA was unisex, used band aids floated around in the pool, and swimwear was not allowed. The hotel restaurant also said they don’t have any space for people staying at the hotel and recommended that I go to the train station for Indian food, because apparently everything else is fully booked during a weekend. No room service and no food at the bar. An absolute nightmare in every way. Never visit this hotel.

We had a very comfortable stay in a spacious room with excellent view of the mountains. Room had great storage. The hotel is less than 5 mins away from the station.

Great Hotel in the center of town!
Hotel is conveniently located in the center of town and has access to two great restaurants connected to the hotel. Hotel staff were amazing! Very helpful and polite. Delphine was the young woman who checked us into the room and checked us out, and she was very polite and courteous. The bartender was very funny and energetic. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a wide variety of “American” and European style variety. Urchig restaurant connected to the hotel also had very presentable and tasty dishes worth ordering.

Good location, spacious room
Location is the best! There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel and a ski equipment rental shop is a side, also round the corner you can find a supermarket! I’ve ordered a half board service, breakfast was amazing with various food choice. However the set dinner was a little disappointed. The view from rooms was amazing too, spacious room more than enough for me with family. But the amenities in room were just fair, and a bit depreciated.

Time for a refurb!
Rooms are very outdated and central heating turned our room into a sauna - had to sleep with the balcony door open (in January!). Ski room is horrendous for a Swiss ski resort hotel, basically a repurposed bunker/deposit with basic racking. Breakfast was the biggest positive of the stay - lots of savoury and sweet options, and very good quality. Didn't use the SPA. Location is good - bus to ski lift stops in front of the hotel. Overall, well below expectations given the 8.8 hotels.com rating (which is far too generous).

Lovely stay
Such a lovely hotel and comfortable bed. Large room space and a view of the mountains! Breakfast was lovely too. Staff were excellent and helpful and even though the pool was not in use, they were sure to tell us of the one around the corner complements to the hotel guests!

It is a nice overall hotel with good breakfast, centrally located, big balconies with nice view. But I would mention 2 minor things which ruined our long weekend there: 1. Before arrival I've received an email with opportunity to pre-book everything (dinners, early checkin and late check out, parking spot, lunch to go etc). Which was nice, I spent my time and pre-booked everything. But when we arrived - nothing was taken into consideration! Each evening we ate at different place - once we had dinner at buffet (which we didn't want! But the waiter insisted that pre-booked dinners are there only), next time we were in the restaurant where the waiters didn't know if we pre-booked anything and we had to wait a while before we could order and eat anything. By the end we received a double bill for dinners (for both buffet and restaurant for each night) which the receptionist adjusted after the discussion but the mood was already ruined. Also late checkout (with extra payment) was not considered - cleaning lady came at 7:30am, 10am, 12pm and 12:35pm... 2) I had to spend a lot of time to negotiate at which hour we can visit spa (they allow only 1h per spa and per pool per day per person). When we arrived - both pool and spa were packed at our time because no once controlled it! People were coming when it was comfortable for them, stayed half a day, gathered in sauna (of course everyone without masks). So the good idea with Corona-protection but very bad execution!

Lovely stay
Everything about the hotel is great for a summer trip; room and bathroom were both good size and fresh . Close to transport and cable cars; staff are friendly and helpful. The spa is surprisingly pleasant - lovely pool, with sauna and steam room. Breakfast is basic with small but good selection of cereals and fresh food. Would recommend.

Nothing went wrong, I don't see how this is a 4 star hotel. 3 stars I would get. It's in a good place, the staff was great. They had parking. The rooms were clean just not even close to 4 stars.

Great location very central. Big breakfast selection was great, the only disappointing part of our stay was our dining experience at the restaurant. The service lacked as they were understaffed and it took over an hour to receive the food to our table. Otherwise, everything else was very pleasant here and I would recommend staying here

Great value for money
Excellent hotel with good breakfast. Clean and comfy rooms. Good quality spa. Located at the busstop that takes you to ski area (5 min by bus). Underground garage 15chf/day. City center with all what you need within a few minutes of walking.

Excellence stay with a great view!
Very nice room that I wake up with a beautiful Swiss mountain view. The room I stay was super spacious for a family of 3. Will fir sure come back if I have chance for family trip in the future. And I love to chill and have my coffee at the room’s balcony.
