"It was a good stay but pool wasn't open pillows are to small and last couple times we stayed the ac didn't work but other than that it was quite and we enjoyed it."

"Before we booked our stay we stopped and asked them if the hot tub was working. They guaranteed us it was. Right after we booked our stay and went to the hot tub it was cold. We went right to the desk and told them. They kept telling us that it would be fixed. It never was. We told them we never would have stayed without the hot tub. They would not offer us a refund so we could find a motel with a working hot tub. Very poor customer service."

"It was a very friendly environment and the staff. Everyone had a smile and was eager to help with all of my questions. My dogs came along on my trip and the staff were so excited to meet them. I will definitely be using this hotel for every visit I have to Gillette"

"So, everytime that I have stayed at this location it seems that the Hot Tub jets are not accessible unless someone comes down to the pool and goes into the equipment room and turns them on. But this time I went to the front desk 3 times to get them to turn them on and NOBODY ever showed up to do so. So was not able to enjoy the Hot Tub so much this go around."
