"Very disappointed. The pool and hot tub are closed. The “hot” breakfast only is available weekends. The maid banged on our door at 7:27 am when we planned to sleep in. There was no coffee ready when we went for breakfast. Would not recommend. No compensation from hotels.com ."

"We stopped just for a night with our infant son and it was perfect. We loved the layout of the king suite as it allowed us to be in the back room near the bathroom and he could sleep in the living room and be undisturbed. A/C worked great, the room was very clean, the tvs were pretty big, and the fridge worked great. Breakfast was simple but good and well attended. The staff member at breakfast was very kind. We come through this area often and are excited to use the water park when our kid gets older. We did have some noisy neighbors above us, but after calling the front desk around 11pm, it settled down. This seriously was such a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back."
