The home offers kids toys and split-system AC in the living area for year-round comfort, while an easy eight-minute walk brings you to the beach, with scenic walking tracks inviting you to explore the coastline at your own pace.

This family lakeside home opens into a bright, open-plan living and dining area designed to make the most of its waterfront setting. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring ample seating and a TV, all oriented towards large bay windows that frame wide views across the patio and lake. Natural light fills the space, while a split-system air conditioner ensures comfort throughout the seasons. The adjoining dining area offers a cosy indoor setting for six, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven, and full-sized fridge, making it easy to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners.

Step onto the undercover patio to a generous lounge area, perfect for relaxing in the coastal air, along with a Webber BBQ, hammock, and toys to keep children entertained. Down a few steps, an alfresco dining setting and garden chairs create the perfect spot for long meals. This fenced section adds peace of mind before you continue down to the lake’s edge, where you can swim, kayak, or stand-up paddleboard.

The home offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with two bedrooms featuring queen beds, while a third includes two single beds with trundles—ideal for families or groups. There is a full bathroom, including a bath and separate shower, and two-way access to the third bedroom. Plus, an additional toilet and laundry area with washing facilities and drying racks add to your everyday convenience.

Parking is available in the driveway for one car, with additional free street parking.

The name Tranquilyty is a blend of the owner’s family surnames, thoughtfully brought together to create something personal and one of a kind—just like the home itself.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
