The views of Granite Island, the sea & the Bluff and beyond are amazing from the balcony and from inside this lovely seaside holiday home. With seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, there is room for the extended family to spread out and enjoy quality time together. Relax on warm summer evenings with the cool sea breeze coming off the ocean.
The Space:
Upstairs
The open plan lounge and dining is surrounded by lovely large windows, with access to the timber deck which has outdoor furniture to accommodate ten people. The lounge area is spacious with a TV and DVD player and there is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner/heater.
In the kitchen you’ll find a fridge/freezer, electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, ground coffee machine and stools to sit at the large bench. Adjacent the kitchen is a dining suite which has seating for ten people.
Bedroom one is enormous and includes a king bed, built in robe and an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two includes two single beds and a built-in robe.
Bedroom three has a queen bed and built in robe.
Bedroom four has a bunk bed and built in robe.
Bedroom five has a queen bed and built in robe.
The main bathroom includes a bath with shower over and a vanity.
Separate toilet.

Is a family room with TV and DVD player.
