Large open living area, with a huge balcony that overlooks Encounter Bay and the ocean.
The downstairs level has the three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry.
The master bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite that looks out to the atrium.
On the upper level there is the well equipped kitchen, lounge room, dining room and access to the balcony area across the front of the home. Expansive views of the gorgeous EncounterBay.
There are also two single lock up garages for off street parking.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

Just the perfect place to stay
We were a group of 5 adults
- 3 of us were walking the Heyson Trail and the other 2 were the home team, providing food and transport. The accommodation was perfect - well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, ample hot water and great view of the ocean from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Easy accommodate all of our needs.
