Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas Tours and Activities

The Virgin Hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed in the Ruby Tower, and the room layout was great. The bathtub is incredibly deep—you can fully lay down and relax. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially liked having a separate sitting area where we could visit with friends, while still being able to close off the bedroom for privacy. The bathroom was enormous, which added to the overall comfort. There are three pools on the property; we only visited one, but it was well maintained. There were plenty of staff around, always available and ready to help. It was also easy to get in and out of the property, and security was consistently present in the parking garage, which made us feel safe.

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

I have stayed at this resort once to twice a year since 2014. First time booking through Jet Luxury, and while almost everything was as usual one thing that I did not like and was a turn off was that all housekeeping needs were not met. The front desk and building house keepers do not assist. You need to get a hold of the company, which is nearly impossible because they run weird bankers hours and even at that you need to specify what needs to be done. I was there for four nights and they never changed the sheets even though I asked, I only got fresh towels twice and the other three times I was bringing towels from pool. They don’t empty the trash at all unless you specify that. Needless to say I won’t be booking through this host anymore.
