Great stay
Incredible location and David was a great host. View and proximity to town were definite highlights. Space and layout of home was perfect for two adults working remotely. Hope to be back!!

Perfect location with a beautiful ocean view
This was one of the best rentals I've ever stayed in! The property was clean, spacious, and fully stocked, with everything needed for a longer stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of pots & pans, dinnerware, cutting boards etc. The location was great, with a short five-minute walk down to the 101 with lots of shops and restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk down to D Street Beach. David is great! He was super responsive whenever we had any questions and went as far as to upgrade our entire wifi setup after we had a few intermittent hiccups during the first few days of our stay.

Perfect View and Locatiom
David’s place is located close to all that Encinitas has to offer including beaches and restaurants. Nothing at all is lacking from this property. Plenty of amenities to keep anyone comfortable during their stay.
