"Great location and good price. Quick walk to a gorgeous beach. I wish they had a water tap/hose to wash feet after coming from the beach. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is updated. Breakfast was just cold cereal, oatmeal, apples, mini muffins, and some OJ. Adequate, but minimal. Coffee was yucky. No common area. Decent place."

"A scam the picture showing where you can walk to the beach you can't and then when you ask about it they tell you walk down two blocks and turn left it's just they're just trying to get money they charge me twice didn't even call me back to let me know anything the man has attitude the only thing they have is a staircase leading to a neighborhood with a bunch of houses that you can't even get to the ocean big scam they overcharge for something's not even what they describe you cannot walk to the ocean that picture I took is not from the hotel where he looks like you can walk to the ocean from the hotel no you can't I lead you to a bunch of houses and they have no entrance to the beach you have to walk streets there is no private walkway to the beach they lied I asked him before we got there and when we got there she gave me different instructions it's the treatment and the false advertisement for me. They're fast to hang up on your face and then you got a question if someone sneaks in the room while you're sleeping because stuff will be moved around either way you're gone or while you're sleeping something's not right feel like I wasted my money"

"We enjoyed our privacy, but found Tom to be both attentive and available. The home was immaculate with all that we needed. The neighborhood is convenient to the beach, and the casita is surrounded by an abundance of birds and tropical plants. An authentic California experience!"
