"This was our second time staying at The Sunday House Inn and Suites. The staff were pleasant and helpful during our stay. One of the sinks in our suite was draining slow and after it was reported, maintenance was at our room within 10 minutes to take care of the issue. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices. We were close to a lot of activities and will stay there again if we return to Fredericksburg."

"We stayed here as a dual-suite vacation rental and rented both sides at the same time. Overall, it was a great setup and worked well for our group.Both suites were clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Having two separate units was a big plus. One side had a more traditional feel and would probably appeal more to an older crowd, while the other was more modern and better matched our style. Nothing here is truly high end, but everything was solid and functional.There were two issues worth calling out. First, while the property is advertised as pet friendly, the backyards are not fully enclosed. That made it difficult to let a dog be outside unsupervised, even briefly. We had to go buy a screw in ground stake just to secure a leash so the dog could be outside for short periods, around 30 minutes. A fenced yard or clearer expectations would improve this significantly.Second, the shower spouts in both units need to be replaced. They were in poor condition and noticeably subpar compared to the rest of the property. It is a small fix, but it would make a big difference in the overall experience.Other than those points, we enjoyed the stay and would consider booking again."

"Great location, comfortable sofa and chairs in the family room. Good dining space for our entire family. It would have been nice if there was coffee at the coffee bar. The sauna and hot tub were such wonderful amenities and a definite selling point for this property.The remote controls for the TV all needed batteries, which we replaced. Unfortunately I became ill and went to the ER. My daughter left the charger for my mobility scooter, and so far no one has found it. (It should be at the sofa in the living room, possibly sliding down to the sofa cushions. You have a beautiful property and would suggest it to friends. "
