"Enjoyed the loction, for sure. Free parking was great. The fire alarm in the middle of the night wasn't great, nor was the alarm clock in the room that went off also wasn't great. Then there was a sound of dripping water. All in Room 7. The temperature level wasn't also well-regulated, but can be adjusted. I love Fredericksburg and plan on returning. This was my first stay at this hotel, and we did enjoy our time there, especially our meals at the restaurant. Not sure if I would stay at this hotel again, but I would definitely eat at the restaurant again."

"Big room comfy bed. Actual doors to close off the bedroom to the living area. Best location to downtown shops n food like 4 mins and the creek in the back with sitting areas is so cute!"

"Clean, comfortable and cute! The house had everything we needed for our ladies weekend. We had a minor issue with a coffee pot and it was replaced immediately! Very responsive owner. Would definitely choose this place again! "
