Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome!

The walls are paper-thin, you can hear neighbor's TV. There is a smell of mold in the room. The shared bath was not clean. The futons are very thin as well.
