"My daughter and I had a great experience while we stayed at the hotel. Friendly staff and Although the room initially given was not ready and had a maintenance cart parked inside the room, once I told the front desk and he gave me different room without additional charge. The kitchennette comes with a bottle opener, def can’t go wrong with their thoughtful customer service. And the location is close to downtown and the new Waterloo park. I will definitely rebook Hyatt House in Austin again"

"The front staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel was clean and very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great stay and breakfast was good with a nice omelette station. Would definitely stay again."

"Great location in downtown Austin! Rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. The amenities, such as the rooftop pool and rooftop restaurant/bar were very nice. The front desk staff were very efficient. Parking was expensive, but on par with any other downtown hotel's parking rates. Very, very convenient location to Rainey Street (just steps away)! Definitely recommend!"

"Both the inside and the outside of the home are stunning and we (2 couples) had a wonderful time. The outdoor space and cocktail pool were beautiful and despite the heat in Austin in August, we spent a great deal of time there. The kitchen is also stocked with top of the line cookware and dishes that made cooking together easy and fun. Our only issue was some frustration with the gate lock but owner was very responsive. Overall a fabulous stay that we would absolutely return to and highly recommend to others."

"The house and guest house were amazing..the pool and hot tub were great as well. The house is very comfortable and very stylish inside. Everyone who stopped by asked for the link to rent it themselves. I will be renting this home again!"

"The house itself is perfect. It’s clean, no bugs, comfortable, modern and has everything you need. However, there are a few drawbacks. Across the street is a property that is full of garbage which is a total eyesore, the driveway is too difficult to park in, and if you are planning on going in and out of the city multiple times, be warned the traffic from the ongoing construction adds a lot of frustration, rerouting and time!"
