"The AC did great and the full sized fridge was handy. The bathroom was not clean there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the bathroom floor even. Bed slept wonderful. Def look into baggage carts the one laundry cart for everyone was inconvenient"

There are a couple of hazards that are concerning (stairs leading to the property are a little wobbly and wooden treads are bowed so make sure you watch your step, & metal transition strip by exterior door in kitchen is installed in a way that leaves a dangerously sharp exposed cut edge that could easily cost you a trip to the hospital) but overall the place was as advertised.
