"The house and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The price was amazing especially for this time of year. (August) We had everything we could have needed from shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to laundry pods. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to have cooked meals. They provided anything you needed for the beach from sand toys to chairs already on a buggy to cart out. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, giving the Florida Vibes we came for. The oasis pool was a huge hit with all my littles. We spent more time in the pool than at the beaches! The house is conveniently located in between multiple beaches making it an amazing spot without being right in the middle of the large city hustle. A Publix and several fast food establishments was 3 min down the road making quick runs no hassle. We even met the pool/maintenance guy who was exceptionally nice and provided alot of information about the area for us. The host was quick to respond with any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future as this was the perfect backyard oasis we were hoping for."

"Very clean and absolutely amazing house! The pool was awesome, fishing off the dock was great and there was always something to entertain everyone between the books and games and water activities! There’s a note in the garage that we were welcome to use the pool & sand toys and fishing equipment. We even bought a few things to leave behind as well! The only ‘issues’ we had were the bugs outside because the pest repellent system did not work. We would absolutely rent this house again!"

"Our family of 16 had an incredible stay at this property. It is in a really good location with grocery, starbucks, restaurants and several other amenities just minutes away. It's a short ride to Anna Marie Island and very close to great beaches. The property was very cleaned and the amenities on the property exceeded our expectations. The splash pad, pool and outdoor accommodations entertained the kids and adults the entire trip, we had to convince ourselves to want to leave the property. The 2nd house was a great amenity as well, all of the kids slept in that house with the grandparents which allowed the other adults to enjoy uninterrupted sleep as the 2nd house has a full bathroom, kitchen etc. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We used the outdoor projector to watch movies at night and world cup matches. The ball pit/arcade room was surprisingly just as fun for the kids as the outdoor amenities. After a long day in the sun at the pool, the kids loved playing in the ball pit, with the air hockey and the arcade games. We also used the nursery set up that was available as we had a 2-month-old along and the in unit changing table/crib was so helpful during our stay. Check in/Check out was very smooth as well. I would highly recommend this property as it is truly a one stop shop for large groups travelling, we couldn't have picked a better property."

"The home is spotlessly maintained, super clean, VERY well furnished with new, clean comfortable furniture. Outdoor screened in patio is bright, clean & comfortable for hanging out by the pool with friends. Loved the new LG washer and dryer and extra large spare fridge in the garage (if you can call it that: spotless w/cool finished flooring, & walls. We leveraged the beach chairs for a run to a local beach. All possible extras in the kitchen are provided as well as a gas grill outside. Quiet safe neighborhood, close to Anna Maria island. We really appreciated the new, clean overall condition and layout. Love the pool @ hot tub, again all in great condition. Overall a very positive experience."
