Friendly Country People despite the fact that they are currently experiencing the worst drought in living memory. Loved it - Special mentions -the Botanic gardens & children's playground. Aquatic Centre & Tube slides. Lighting on the trees
Been to Emerald on numerous occasions over the past 30 years. Found our stay always very pleasant.
A thriving town and great base from which to explore the surrounding area.
We were only staying overnight so we didn't get a big massive impression - except that the people we did run into were really nice.
Amazing the number of shops and shopping centres. A beautiful Botanical Garden with activities for children. Well worth the visit.
